Easiest Healthy Flourless Banana Muffins

Perfect for a snack, breakfast or dessert. These banana muffins are so easy, healthy and yummy!

They might not be the prettiest. But I had three very ripe bananas that I needed to use up, and these came together pretty well. Basically just toss it all in a blender and your good to go.


Easiest Healthy Flourless Banana Muffins

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (I used Sweet Leaf Maple Syrup from Natures Fare)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • chocolate chips to taste
  • cinnamon to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease muffin tin.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender except 1/2 of one banana and blend until smooth and well combined.

  3. Add in chocolate chips to taste and stir. Pour into muffin tins.

  4. Top muffins with a thin slice of banana and cinnamon.

  5. Cook for 25 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
