Easy Blender Peanut Butter Banana Bread Blondies

Yummmmmm! I made these easy peasy blender peanut butter banana blondies the other day and they were so simple and delicious. 🙂 I love peanut butter… I mean it, I swear Joel and I go through a jar of peanut butter every 2 weeks lol. SO ya, basically anything with peanut butter is a hit in my books.

Easy Peanut Butter Banana Bread Blondies

  • 2 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2-3 tbsp agave syrup (or honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 1/3 cup oats
  • splash vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash sea salt
  1. heat oven to 375

  2. blend everything except the chocolate chips & sea salt in the blender

  3. fold in chocolate chips

  4. pour into a greased square baking pan

  5. sprinkle more chocolate chips on top

  6. sprinkle sea salt

  7. bake for 15-17 minutes

  8. broil on high for 2-3 minutes

  9. cut into squares and enjoy! 🙂
